Some experiences are difficult to put into words, and my 2.5-hour yoga session with Yash Moradiya at the Global Happiness Festival in Jaipur was one of them. It was more than just a yoga session; it was an opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and become fully immersed in movement, music and energy.

What made the experience truly special was the way the entire session was conducted. More than 100 participants came together, each wearing headphones that allowed them to follow the experience in a deeply personal way, even while being part of a much larger group. With music guiding every movement, the session created a unique atmosphere where everyone could focus on themselves while sharing the same collective energy.

The combination of music, lighting and movement made the experience feel different from a conventional yoga practice. Every element had its place, adding to the atmosphere and keeping participants engaged throughout the session. There were moments of intensity, moments of focus and moments when the energy of the entire group seemed to move together. It was fascinating to see how a carefully planned experience could bring so many people into the same rhythm.

A big part of what made the session memorable was Yash Moradiya himself. His energy, presence and ability to engage the audience kept the experience alive for the full 2.5 hours. Watching more than 100 people participate with such enthusiasm was a reminder of how movement can connect people beyond words. You could feel the energy building as the session progressed, creating an atmosphere that was both uplifting and deeply engaging.

I walked away feeling energised, refreshed and grateful to have experienced something so different. It reminded me that wellness does not always have to follow a familiar format. Sometimes, when music, movement, light and human connection come together in the right way, the result is something much more powerful than a workout. It becomes an experience that stays with you long after the session ends.
